One More Holiday To Go

This is being written on the Monday after Christmas and hopefully will find you well and in GOOD CHEER!

Rates are up a bit but still close to all time lows i.e.:
30 year fixed, 5%
15 year fixed, 4.5%

...yes we have FHA's with only 3.5% down and VA's and USDA's with "0" down!!

Low Rates Continue

30 year fixed, 4.75%

15 year fixed, 4.25%

5 year ARM, 3.75%, this is a 30 year loan with the interest rate fixed for the first 5 years.

...yes we have "0" down VA purchase loans and FHA purchase loans with 3.5% down.

Also home equity loans for that room addition.
